GNV Gathering: Maintaining Resilience

Frishta Sharifi from Family Caregiver Support Program of the City of Fremont will talk about proven ways to maintain your health and well-being during these times of pandemic. 
This Gathering will be on Zoom.



Greater Niles Village (GNV) is convening regular Gatherings, on-line with Zoom, that will transition to in-person activities when it’s safe. GNV’s Gatherings are designed to be interactive, interesting and engaging. Some Gatherings will be discussions, others parties or workshops.  Open to all members of the community, the GNV Gatherings will be a time for GNV members to connect and a time to introduce newcomers to Greater Niles Village.
